Installations of replacement windows and doors from Pella of Ketchum are run by a Pella^® Expert Installer^SM. Under his or her supervision, Pella-certified installers will install your windows or doors for you. They must go through a thorough set of training courses to make sure your windows and doors are appropriately installed and match Pella’s warranty criteria. Before they can be employed, Pella orders installers to pass a drug test and background check. Our installers are totally protected by liability and workers compensation insurance. Beyond Pella product warranties, your installation is also protected for 10 years under the installation limited warranty and service agreement.

Pella^® products meet or exceed ENERGY STAR^®-certification in all 50 states and almost all of Canada. How will this affect you? Not only could you notice a drop in your heating and cooling costs, but you will help lower your impact on the environment.

The benefit of Pella^® vinyl windows is that you won’t have to paint them. They are available in a host of colors, so you’ll find a color that complements your house. We do not recommend painting your vinyl products; this will invalidate your warranty.

Pella of Ketchum provides services and support that big-box stores can’t. Our professional staff has skill in selling, installing and servicing Pella^® windows and doors.
